Creating and innovating by uniting hairstyling with another craft profession was the idea behind this new Capsule by Le Lab Haute Coiffure Française. Exploring the profession of pleating, a unique know-how that is nearly extinct today despite its ancestral work, has given rise to extraordinary creativity that pushes the boundaries of hair work.

 

For this Capsule by Le Lab Haute Coiffure Française, hair was treated as a raw material: pleated like fabric, folded like a scroll, and heated for hours to create innovative textures and a unique 3D effect. The work with colors enhanced the texture, highlighting the pleating technique.

 

Movement effects, intentional blur, and soft shadows, be transported into this ancestral world of pleating that offers a standalone "Avant-Garde" design.
